The Traditional CBD is a project arisen from the love towards our territory and the will to rediscover the bonds with an ancient farming tradition, in order to praise cannabidiol’s benefits.
We are placed in the heart of Calabria, immersed in Magna Graecia’s tracts of olives and citruses, between Sybaris e Kroton. With Mount Sila looking after Ionian Sea, our sunsets hold the scent of Time, and the Nature embraces the candour of the tradition.
Sun’s warmth and the welcoming temperatures of our territory are the ideal environment for our cultivations that grow symbiotically without using pesticides, herbicides, and chemical fertilizers, restoring an excellent outdoor product, 100% natural and totally Zero Kilometres.

CBD is one of the active components (known as cannabinoids) found naturally in hemp. Besides being the second most abundant substance in cannabis, it is non-psychoactive, non-addictive and has a wide range of therapeutic applications.
Cannabidiol (CBD) and Tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) are both cannabinoids present on hemps plants. THC is a psychoactive compound that provokes euphoria, while the CBD doesn’t produce any psychotropic effects and it’ legal in most of the countries, as it may help in many ways to support the health and the general wellness.
Totally. Our products are 100% legal and contains a marginal quantity of THC (less than 0,2%) according to the law n.242 (approved on 12/2/2016 and effective from 01/14/2017) on “Provisions for the promotion of hemp cultivation and the related agro-industrial sector”.

Our hemps are farmed on ecologically sustainable grounds, placed in the heart of a Calabrian zone called Magna Graecia, between the cities of Sybaris and Kroton. Our cultivations grow immersed on olives and citruses tracts, and the harvest is manually made: no machinery are used indeed.

It is suggested however not to take CBD in case you are pregnant or breast-feeding.
CBD is generally considered as safe and has a low interaction potential with other medicines. There are some exceptions however, as for the valproic acid (used for bipolar disorders) and for central nervous system’s depressors (like many other sedative, tranquillizer, and hypnotic remedies) that may amplify the sedative effect if used along with cannabidiol).
